🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking for up to 3 cars is available in the driveway.

Please note that the garage is off-limits.

📍You can park your car on the street, but please be mindful of any parking restrictions.

NOTE: No parking on Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. due to street sweeping.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍As you have reserved the entire house, to access the main door

📍To enter through the main door, simply input the access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

The breaker box is located at the side gate of the yard
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Washer & Dryer
The pool is 8 feet deep. (NOT HEATED)
Pool towels are available for your use and can be found in the hallway cabinet leading to the single-queen bedroom.
The switch for the pool light can be found next to the door.
Hot Tub Usage
There is a fee to use the hot tub. Here are the details:
- Fee: $30 per day
- Instruction: The owner will go to the unit to turn it on for you.

The trash bins are in the side yard

Trash day every Friday.
The home has 1 main router and 3 mesh units.
Main Router and Mesh: located next to the secondary bedroom beside the master bedroom on the second floor.
Second Mesh: On the piano in the living room on the first floor.
Third Mesh: In the corner of the pool table room on the first floor.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is placed near the front door.
