By choosing any of Oakgate's hosting packages, you enter into a service agreement outlining the specific services included in the chosen package. The terms and conditions within this agreement govern the relationship between Oakgate and the property owner.

Payment for the selected hosting package is due as outlined in the service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services. Additional fees for optional add-on services will be communicated and agreed upon separately.
3. Duration of Service:
The duration of service is specified in the service agreement. Early termination may be subject to fees outlined in the agreement. Renewal terms and conditions will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the end of the initial service period.
4. Property Access:
Property owners must provide Oakgate with necessary access to the rental property for the provision of services. Clear communication regarding access and scheduling is essential to ensure efficient service delivery.
5. Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the service agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, property details, financial information, and operational strategies.6. Responsibilities of the Parties:
Oakgate will perform the services outlined in the selected package to the best of its ability. The property owner is responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining property insurance, and complying with local regulations.
7. Liability:
While Oakgate takes measures to provide high-quality services, we are not liable for any unforeseen circumstances or damages arising from the use of our services. Property owners are encouraged to maintain suitable insurance coverage.
8. Modification of Services:
Oakgate reserves the right to modify or update the services included in the hosting packages. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and property owners will have the option to adjust their service agreement accordingly.
9. Termination of Services:
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as outlined in the agreement. Oakgate reserves the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
10. Governing Law:
