🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍A total of four (4) vehicles are allowed to park. All vehicles shall be parked on site.

📍Parking in the public right of way is not permitted. Please park at your own risk. The homeowners nor the managing team shall have no responsibility for any loss or damage to any vehicle.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Once you have parked your car, please make your way towards the right side of the home where you will find the front door.

📍To unlock the door, simply enter your access code into the door lock and rotate the lever to open it.

📍After closing the door, it will automatically lock for added security.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Important note: Due to constant strong wind pressure in the area, the jacuzzi's cover can be easily blown away.
Thus, it affects the water inside the hot tub.
Please ensure you strap down the jacuzzi cover properly after each use. Failure to comply might result in a fee of $400 as the replacement cost from any damages.
