🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park one car in the garage and also use the driveway for additional parking.

📍To open the garage, use the keypad on the left side of the garage gate when facing the home.

📍The CODE: 3506 + arrow buttons.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Once you have parked your car, you can enter the home through the door inside the garage, or, if it is locked, you can use the main door.

📍To unlock the door simply put your access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted thermostat located on the second floor.

NOTE: Please turn on both thermostats to cool the entire house.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Oven - The oven is switched on, but you need to press the control panel to activate it.

Trash bins are located in the side yard. When you are in the backyard, facing the unit, they are placed on the right side.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The fireplace is NOT FUNCTIONAL.
The breaker box is situated at the rear of the home. When you are in the backyard and facing the unit, it should be on the right-side corner.
The hot water tank is located inside the garage, at the far right corner.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.
