🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park inside the driveway.

📍In case you need additional parking space, you may park on the street.

📍To enter, use the wide gate and pull it open manually.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍After parking your car, you can enter through the front door.

📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it."

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is placed in the living room, on top of the TV stand.
The breaker box is situated at the rear of the home. When you are in the backyard and facing the unit, it should be on the right-side corner.
The hot water tank is placed inside the home, within a narrow door in the bedrooms hallway.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is hooked into the small gate entrance.
