📍The driveway has space for parking 2 to 3 cars.

📍For additional parking space, street parking is readily available.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To gain access to the front door, simply touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the '#' symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

The property has a split AC unit.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

The garage door uses a privacy lock; to unlock it from the outside, guests can use a coin to turn the knob.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Green bins - Organic waste (leftover food) and yard waste (grass, grass clippings, bushes, shrubs, and clippings from bushes and shrubs)
Black bins - General household waste (waste from pets, clothes, tissue wipes, diapers, etc.)
The main router and mesh are located behind the TV in the living room.
The breaker box is located in the backyard. If you're facing the home, it should be on the right side of the home.
The hot water control panel is located in the backyard. If you're facing the home, it should be on the right side of the home.
