🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking for this unit is limited to on-street parking only.

📍To ensure convenient access for other tenants, please avoid blocking the driveway.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Unit C, attached to the main house at the rear of the property.

📍After parking your car, proceed to the driveway and locate the white fence gate on the left.

📍To access, simply lift the black lever upward to open the door.

📍To gain access, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is shared with Unit B guests and is located just before the entrance to your unit.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

Vacuum and broom - is typically placed either inside the bedroom closet or in the storage room, which is located next to the front door.

Mop - is placed near the parking/laundry area of unit B.
