🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking for this unit is limited to on-street parking only.

📍To ensure convenient access for other tenants, please avoid blocking the driveway.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the main house. To gain access, simply touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The Wi-Fi mesh is placed in the office nook within the dining area.

The main router is at unit B.
The breaker box is situated in the backyard, near the laundry/garage of Unit B.

The hot water control panel is located inside a narrow door in the bedrooms' hallway.

Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum and broom - is typically placed either inside the bedroom closet or in the storage room, which is located next to the front door.

Mop - is placed near the parking/laundry area of unit B.
To access the two-queen bed bedroom, you'll need to use the same code as the front door for both entering and exiting the bedroom.

In the event that the doorknob malfunctions, there is a spare key located inside the lockbox beside the door.
