🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍A parking spot is available for one car in front of the unit

📍Overnight street parking (from 2-5:00 AM) is prohibited in Temple City. A parking permit is required.

Due to the street cleaning schedule, parking on the street during these times should be avoided:

Front of the house: Monday 6-11:00 AM
Across the Street: Wednesday 6-11:00 AM

📍Upon arrival, please enter your access code on the keypad to open the gate.
📍To lock or unlock the gate from inside, there is also a keypad indoors.

Then drive down to the back of the main house.

📍You may park in front of the middle house (at the rear of the main house), as shown in the photo below.

NOTE: Please park your car as close as possible to the inside of the square.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the attached unit to the main house. It's the house directly behind the main one.

To gain access, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by “#”, and then rotate the handle to unlock the door.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit has split AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area of the detached house at the rear of the unit.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi mesh is located in the bedroom, placed on top of the side table.
The breaker box is located at the back of the unit.
The hot water control panel is located at the rear of the home.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum and broom - Located in the kitchen area, beside the fridge.
There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency.
