🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free parking in the back house driveway for 1 car.

📍Overnight street parking (from 2-5:00 AM) is prohibited in Temple City. A parking permit is required.

Due to the street cleaning schedule, parking on the street during these times should be avoided:

Front of the house: Monday 6-11:00 AM
Across the Street: Wednesday 6-11:00 AM

📍Upon arrival, please enter your access code on the keypad to open the gate.
Then drive down to the back of the main house.

📍You may park in front of the back house as shown in the photo below:

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the detached home at the back of the main house.

To gain access, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by “#”, and then rotate the handle to unlock the door.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is placed in the living room on top of the TV stand.
The breaker box is situated outside the unit. When facing the home, it should be on the right-side corner.
The hot water tank is located at the rear of the home.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. The lockbox is located at the pipe, near the patio area on the side of the home.
