🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍 You can park your car in the driveway, which can accommodate up to two cars.

📍 The gate will be open at all times.

NOTE: In the event that it is closed, there's a control panel on the left side of the gate to open it.

Note: Be careful of street parking restrictions.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍 This is a duplex unit. Yours is at the back of the main house. Use the door next to the window to get in. Please refer to the photo below.

📍 To unlock the door, enter your access code in the door lock.

📍 To lock the door from the outside, press the lock icon.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is in the living room, placed on the media cabinet beneath the TV.
The breaker box is located outside, placed on the front side of the parking garage.
