🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park up to one car on the driveway.

📍Please be advised that street parking is free during the day, but NOT for overnight parking as it requires a city permit.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is a back-house property. Your private entrance is through the white gate. Please use the access code sent to you for the gate.

📍 Once inside, turn right and you should see a white door facing the garden.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code in the door lock. Rotate the lever to open the door.

📍 The door will automatically lock once it's closed.

NOTE: For security, guests should always leave the door lock in an auto-lock position.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The hot water control panel is positioned just outside the unit, in front.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum - placed in the living room area, behind the couch.

Mop - Located on the side yard.
