🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park up to 2 cars in the back lot carport.

📍The left-side carport (shown below with a parked car) is reserved for the neighbor unit, so please park only on the right side.

📍When you bring a second car, you must park it behind your own car on the right side, in a tandem style.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved home is located at the back of the property. Upon arrival, please drive inside the property and head towards the rear end to access your unit.

📍To unlock the door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.

📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The laundry room is located at the back of the house.
Its access code is the same as the one sent to you for the front door.
You can get to it by going through the gazebo.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The trash bins are located in the middle lot area of the property.
Please dispose of your garbage in the trash bin that's labeled 1514.

Please note that if you don't see your garbage can on Thursday-Friday, it may have been put out for trash pickup on Friday.
Please do not use any other trash cans, since they belong to other tenants. We appreciate your support in keeping our surroundings clean and orderly.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is placed in the living room on the TV stand.
The breaker box is located outside the unit, near the patio area on the side.
The hot water control panel is located in the kitchen, near the microwave oven
The main hot water control panel is situated in the laundry area.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - in the bedroom closet
Broom - located at the side of the refrigerator

Mop - placed in the laundry room.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. The lockbox is located at the pipe, near the patio area on the side of the home
