🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Only street parking is available.
📍Please avoid parking in the driveway, as it is reserved for the main house.

Important reminders:
📍Overnight street parking (2:00-6:00 AM) requires a parking permit ($4 per night) to avoid a citation.

📍You may buy a ticket online or in-person at the 24-hour self-serve kiosks located in any of the following areas:

📍If you choose to purchase online, kindly print out the permit as we don’t provide a printer on site.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Upon your arrival, please proceed down the driveway and continue along the pathway. You will find the front door on the left side of the garage, labeled as Unit B.

📍To unlock the door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.

📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.

Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

Black trash bin - General waste
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency.
