🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You can use the whole driveway to park your vehicle.
NOTE: Please make sure not to obstruct the sidewalk.
NOTE: The black gate will remain locked at all times, but in the event that you need to access it, there is a lockbox hanging on the pipe in front of the gate. (Please contact us for the lockbox code.)

📍For more parking, you can park on the street, but you'll need a permit for overnight parking.
Important reminders:
📍Overnight street parking (2:00-6:00 AM) requires a parking permit ($4 per night) to avoid a citation.
📍You may buy a ticket online or in person at the 24-hour self-serve kiosks located in any of the following areas:
📍If you choose to purchase online, kindly print out the permit as we don’t provide a printer on-site.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍To gain entry to the property, please enter the front door by pressing the SCHLAGE button, followed by the given access code.
📍To lock from the outside, press the SCHLAGE button.
📍To lock/unlock from the inside, simply rotate the thumbturn.
HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.
The controller is located in the hallway to the bedrooms

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

To access the EV charger, you should go to the backyard. The charger is located right next to the gate, and there's a small door in the gate through which you can pass the charger cable to connect it to your car.
The Charger is Autel MaxiCharger AC Home 50A - compatible for all EV Cars
For Tesla cars, please do not forget to bring your J1772 adapter.
EV Charger Usage Schedule:
o 7 am-4 pmo 9 pm-7 am
Please note that guests are not permitted to use the charger between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM.

If guests accidentally lock the bedroom doors, there is a door pick located in the closet between the two full bedrooms and the bathroom.

The living area is equipped with an Electric Fireplace.

The WiFi router is located in the kitchen on the corner shelf

The hot water control is located in the backyard near the sliding door to the Queen bedroom. If you're facing the home, it's in the right-hand corner.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum and broom are located in the closet between the bathroom and the two full bedrooms. -
We have a landscaper scheduled to come every Wednesday.
NOTE: Our team will access the property through the black gate. If you need to open the black gate from outside, please be sure to return the key to the lockbox, as our crew uses it to enter the backyard. -
Pool Depth:
The pool is 10 feet deep.
Pool Maintenance Schedule:
Our pool is maintained every Thursday.
The white gate must remain unlocked but closed at all times.
The key is only there in the event that the gate is accidentally locked.
NOTE: Our team will access the property through the black gate. If you need to open the black gate from outside, please be sure to return the key to the lockbox, as our crew uses it to enter the backyard. -
Trash bins are placed in front of the garage.
Our scheduled trash pickup day is on Thursdays.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
