🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍There is a parking lot allotted for 1 vehicle inside the property.
📍You may park on the street but please note that parking on Humbert Avenue is prohibited on Mondays from 8 AM to 12 PM due to street cleaning.
📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.
📍Your designated parking spot is located on the side of your home.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is Unit E, situated at the far end of the compound.
📍To unlock the door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.
📍The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guests may use them from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the morning and 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM in the afternoon and evening. We kindly ask that you adhere to these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

The location of the Wi-Fi mesh extender for Unit D is inside the unit. The main router is located in Unit C’s storage area (not accessible to guests).
