🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You can park your car in the driveway, each unit is allocated one parking space only.
📍You may park on the street but please note that parking on Humbert Avenue is prohibited on Mondays from 8 AM to 12 PM due to street cleaning.
📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.
📍Your designated parking spot is located on the side of your home.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is Unit C, which is the detached house that sits in the middle of the property.
📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, then enter your access code followed by "#" and rotate the handle to open the door.
📍The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guests may use them from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the morning and 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM in the afternoon and evening. We kindly ask that you adhere to these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
