🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park your car in the driveway, each unit is allocated one parking space only.

📍You may park on the street but please note that parking on Humbert Avenue is prohibited on Mondays from 8 AM to 12 PM due to street cleaning.

📍To park your car inside, please pull up in front of the gate and enter the gate code sent to you.

📍Your designated parking spot is in front of your unit.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the unit B, the one on the back of the front house. To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, then enter your access code followed by "#" and rotate the handle to open the door.

📍The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

Laundry detergent and fabric softener are provided for your convenience.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guests may use them from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the morning and 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM in the afternoon and evening. We kindly ask that you adhere to these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Main router is located at the premises of Unit C. (Not accessible to guests.)
Wi-Fi mesh is installed within the unit, Wi-Fi mesh is typically placed in the kitchen area.

The breaker box is located at the main unit parking area.

The hot water tank is situated just beside your unit, near the back door of Unit A.

Vacuum and broom - are both located in the kitchen area, right beside the refrigerator.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.
