🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park a maximum of one car on the right side of the driveway.

📍Street parking is also available, but watch out for street cleaning days to avoid a ticket.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To access your reserved unit, please enter through the gate on the right side of the main house. Once inside, you can enter through the door on your left.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock the door from the outside, simply press the Schlage button. A green checkmark will light up, indicating that the door has been locked.

📍To lock/unlock from the inside, simply rotate the inside thumbturn.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The breaker box is situated before the entrance to the gate.
The vacuum is located behind the front door.
The hot water control panel is located in the side yard of unit A.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located on the right side of the garage, in the pipeline, before you reach the entry gate.
