🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park up to two cars on the left side of the driveway. The right side is for the next-door guests.

📍Street parking is also available, but watch out for street cleaning days to avoid a ticket.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the front house. Please enter through the white door to the left after parking in the driveway.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock the door from the outside, simply press the Schlage button. A green checkmark will light up, indicating that the door has been locked.

📍To lock/unlock from the inside, simply rotate the inside thumbturn.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The Wi-Fi router is placed in the living room, close to the couch, and positioned on the floor.
The breaker box is situated on the right side of the garage, just before the entrance to the brown gate.
The hot water control panel is located in the side yard near the patio furniture.
