🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park up to 1 vehicle in the front driveway. Please avoid blocking the path that leads to the back of the property.

📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available. However, please be mindful of the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking ticket:

Wednesdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on Nannestad Street & Centurion Avenue (BLUE arrows)

Thursdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on the same streets (GREEN arrows)

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the detached house in the back of the property. Enter the driveway and turn right. After parking, you may head inside the brown door to your left.

📍To unlock, enter the user code into the keypad and rotate the thumbturn.

📍To lock from outside, press the Schlage button and rotate the thumbturn toward the door edge.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller in the kitchen.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The Wi-Fi router is placed in the kitchen area, on top of the oven.
The breaker box is located on the side of the home. When you face the unit, it should be on the right side.
The hot water control panel is located in the backyard.
