🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park up to 1 vehicle in the back lot. Please avoid blocking the path that leads to the unit next door.

📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available. However, please be mindful of the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking ticket:

Wednesdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on Nannestad Street & Centurion Avenue (BLUE arrows)

Thursdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on the same streets (GREEN arrows)

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the back house. Enter the driveway and turn right. After parking, you may head inside the brown door.

📍To unlock, enter the user code into the keypad and rotate the lever. The lock will automatically re-engage after door closes.

Note: If lighting is low, press the Schlage button to illuminate the keypad before beginning.

Note: Please leave the device on auto-lock position at all times.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Stove Manual - For safety, always turn the stove knob to the OFF position and make sure it's locked. Click here to watch the video guide.
The laundry area is located at the back of the unit, on the side facing the driveway.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
The Wi-Fi router is placed inside the TV stand in the living room.
The breaker box is situated outside the unit. When facing the unit, you'll find it on the left side corner of the home.
The hot water control panel is located outside the unit. When facing the unit, you'll find it on the left side corner of the home.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Vacuum and broom - are kept in the storage room, which you can access through the door next to the staircase.
