🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park up to 1 vehicle in the front driveway. Please avoid blocking the path that leads to the back of the property.

📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available. However, please be mindful of the street sweeping schedule to avoid a parking ticket:

Wednesdays (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on Nannestad Street & Centurion Avenue (BLUE arrows)

Thursdays
(8:00 AM - 12:00 PM) on the same streets (GREEN arrows)

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is the front house. After parking , you may enter through the front door.

📍To unlock, enter the user code into the keypad and rotate the lever. The lock will automatically re-engage after door closes.

Note: If lighting is low, press the Schlage button to illuminate the keypad before beginning.

Note: Please leave the device on auto-lock position at all times.

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • The laundry area is on the side of the driveway.

    A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

    For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

  • Trash bins are placed in the parking area.

    Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

    Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)

    Black trash bin - General waste

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

    IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.

  • The main router is located in Unit B.

    If you encounter any issues with the internet connection, please feel free to reach out.

  • The breaker panel is located outside, in the laundry area above the washing machine.

  • The hot water control panel is located at the back of the unit, on the side facing the driveway.

  • There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency.
