🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking is on the right side of the building when facing it.

📍 To park your car inside, please use gate code 6868#.

📍Parking: From the driveway, your designated space is in the back parking port, in the last spot on the left.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved accommodation is located in an apartment complex, specifically Unit O.

📍If you enter through the main entrance of the building, the gate code is 6868.

📍The unit is situated on the second floor.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

TO ACCESS THE LAUNDRY AREA

📍 Simply enter your access code, followed by the ‘#‘ sign, then turn the knob to open.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
Note: The water function of the refrigerator is currently not operational due to the absence of a water connection.
The laundry area is located at the rear of the complex, near the parking area.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and again from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The dumpsters are located at the back of the building, far end to the parking area.
Dark blue is for waste disposal
Light blue is for recycling only
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Amazon Prime.
