🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Parking is on the right side of the building when facing it.

📍 The gate has a motion sensor and will open once your car approaches the gate.

📍Your parking spot is in the second parking area, straight ahead after entering the gate. Please look for the space marked with number '13' on the floor.

NOTE: Parking is prohibited on Mondays from 10 AM to 2 PM on the street.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is part of an apartment complex and is labeled Unit 11.

📍Once you arrive at the complex entrance, go to the staircase going up, walk straight, and your reserved Unit is at the corner.

📍To unlock the door, press the Schlage button, then input your given access code.

📍To lock, just press the lock icon.

TO ACCESS THE LAUNDRY AREA

📍 Simply enter your access code, followed by the ‘#‘ sign, then turn the knob to open.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
The laundry room is located in the first parking lot near the gate entrance. The door code is 3030#.

Shared Washer & Dryer Usage Policy - Please note that the washer and dryer are shared amenities. Guest use is available from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM and again from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.

We kindly ask that you respect these time slots to ensure convenience for all residents.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Amazon Prime.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the living room by the door near the sofa.
For any internet connection issues, please contact us.
The breaker box is situated in the Master Bedroom. It is behind the door, under the wall decor.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - Located in the master bedroom closet.
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is placed on the staircase, It is placed on the staircase railing in front of the door.
