🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park you car on the driveway.

📍For additional space, on-street parking is readily available.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved property is the main house. The entrance to the unit is located on the right side of the home.

📍To unlock the door, simply touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.

Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The laundry area is shared with the guests from the rear house unit.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

The washing machine may sometimes be locked by accident.

Please press and hold the Steam (Control Lock) button for 3-4 seconds.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out, please remember to return the remote to its original location or you may be charged with a $50 fine for loss of remote.
We have both a Wi-Fi router and a Wi-Fi mesh in the unit.

The Wi-Fi mesh - is placed in the living area on the first floor, on top of the TV stand.

The Wi-Fi router - is located in the Master's bedroom, beside the work desk.
The breaker box is situated outside of the unit. You can access it either through the door in the laundry area or by using the brown gate outside, right beside the garage.
