📍The driveway can accommodate 2 cars for parking.
📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Dryer
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Trash pickup day is every Friday. Please ensure the trashbins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

📍Please be reminded of the following schedule:
Pool cleaning day - Tuesdays at 10 AM
Landscaping day - Wednesdays at 10 AM
Important note: Please avoid tossing anything into the pool, particularly stones.

We have both a Wi-Fi router and a Wi-Fi mesh system in the unit.
The Wi-Fi mesh is positioned at the work table in the bedroom on the first floor.
As for the Wi-Fi router, it is placed in the second bedroom on the upper floor, mounted on the ceiling. -
The breaker box is situated in the backyard.

The hot water control panel is located inside the garage.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum -located in storage on the first floor, directly opposite the bathroom door.
Mop and broom - Located inside the garage.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located under the hose near the entrance door.
