🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍On-street parking is readily available.
📍Please avoid blocking the driveway.
📍The driveway may be used for temporary loading and unloading only.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is located on the side of the main house. Please enter through the small gate at the side, and you will find the entrance to the unit as the second door from the gate.
📍To gain entry, enter the designated code into the keypad and turn the lever.
📍The door will automatically lock once it is closed.
NOTE: Guests should leave the lock on auto lock position at all times.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is placed in the laundry room, right above the machines.
Additionally, the main Wi-Fi control is located outside near the breaker box. -
