🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Street and driveway parking are available, with space for up to 2 cars. For safety, we recommend parking in front of the unit.
📍Street parking is always FREE except during street cleaning day when it is not allowed.
Tuesday, 8am - 12 PM: No parking on the entire block due to street cleaning.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The entrance to the unit is through the front door.
📍To unlock the front door, simply touch the keypad to activate it. Enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and then rotate the handle to open the door.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is in the living room, placed on the bottom right beneath the TV.

The breaker box is located outside in the backyard, placed right beside the backdoor.
