🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park your car inside the driveways.

📍Also, on-street parking is readily available.

📍To open the gate, you need to slide it manually.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code followed by the checkmark icon.

📍The door does not auto-lock so you have to input your code again and hit the checkmark icon if you will lock the door from outside.

HOUSE MANUAL

We are using split AC units on the property.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are placed in the side yard. Trash pickup days are every Thursday.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)

The hot water tank is located in the backyard. If you're facing the home, it should be on the right side of the home.
The breaker box is located in the backyard. When you are facing the home, it is on the left side.
The lockbox contains a backup key to the house for emergencies. It is in the backyard under the electrical panel. When you are facing the unit, it is on the left side of the home.

Just a few reminders when using the fire pit.

- Do not turn on the fire pit while the umbrella is open (if the umbrella is directly on top of the fire pit)
- Let the fire pit cool down before adding the metal cover as well as the black cloth cover
- If the fire pit is not turning on, please check that the propane tank valve is turned on (if it is turned off, turn the valve counterclockwise).
- If this still does not work, the propane tank is out of propane. (Please reach out to us for a replacement).
- Another reason could be the battery needs to be replaced for the ignitor (requires one triple AAA battery)
