🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park up to two cars in the driveways.

📍For additional parking, on-street parking is readily available.

📍To open the gate, you need to slide it manually.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To access the main door, simply tap any button on the keypad to wake it up, then enter your access code.

📍To lock it from the outside, press the lock icon.

HOUSE MANUAL

We are using split AC units on the property.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Laundry detergent and bleach are provided for your convenience. The laundry area is located outside, near the backyard patio.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please get in touch with us.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
Please contact us if you encounter any issues.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
The breaker box is located in the backyard. When you are facing the home, it is on the left side.

The lockbox contains a backup key to the house for emergencies. It is located in front of the main door, hooked to the water hose.
