🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Guests can utilize the garage and driveway area for parking, with a maximum capacity of 2 cars.

📍To access the garage, there is a keypad on the left side of the gate door when facing it.

📍Pasadena mandates an overnight street parking permit. You can obtain a permit online or in person at the Pasadena Parking Office.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍You can enter the house through the garage by using the stairs on the left side inside.

📍To unlock the door, simply enter your access code. To lock it from the outside, just press the lock icon.

📍Alternatively, if you park in the driveway, follow the staircase leading to the front door for access.

📍To open the front door, use the key from the lockbox. The code for the lockbox is 8991.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall-mounted controller.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The breaker box is located inside the pantry, behind the sliding door in the kitchen.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The pool is about 6ft deep. (NOT HEATED)

The water controls are located near the BBQ grill in the fenced area, at the far-left side of the home when facing it.

The elevator is NOT ACCESSIBLE to guests.
The home is equipped with a spa for your relaxation. You'll find the remote control in the kitchen, placed on the windowsill in front of the sink.
NOTE: After enjoying the spa, kindly return the remote to the window area. A fee may apply if the remote is lost.
