🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Your designated parking spot is the one on the left side of the driveway.

Note: The address will send you to the front of the property, but there is no guest access there. Guests must use Grayburn Road.

📍 For additional parking, on-street parking is available; just please be mindful of the street sweep schedules.

Grayburn Rd:

Parking is free, with no restrictions, 24 hours a day and night.

Rosemead Blvd:

1 Hour Parking 7am-6pm except Sundays
No Parking 5am-7am on Fridays for street sweeping.

Thorndale Rd:

2 Hour Parking 6am-6pm.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Upon parking your car, kindly make your way towards the right side of the house. From there, enter through the small gate, and you will find unit entrance to the left.

📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it."

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

For your laundry needs, our coin-operated washer/dryer machines are available in the parking area.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, we recommend utilizing the washer and dryer between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM to minimize noise disruptions.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The breaker box is located outside the unit, just above the outdoor furniture area.
The hot water control panel is placed in the parking area, close to the laundry space.
The vacuum cleaner is in the kitchen area, right beside the refrigerator.
