🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Free street parking only. We suggest you park on Grayburn Rd since it has no restrictions.

📍Please be mindful of the following parking restrictions to avoid a ticket:

Rosemead Blvd:

1 Hour Parking 7am-6pm except Sundays
No Parking 5am-7am on Fridays for street sweeping

Thorndale Rd:

2 Hour Parking 6am-6pm

Note: The address will send you to the front of the property, but there is no guest access there. Guests must use Grayburn Road or Thorndale Rd.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Unit F. It’s located in the back of the building. You cannot access from the front so after parking, head to the back alley.

📍To unlock the door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and finally, rotate the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

The unit is equipped with a window-type air conditioner and a portable AC unit with a heater

NOTE: The window air conditioner is located near the entrance door and is sometimes covered by the curtain.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
For your laundry needs, our coin-operated washer/dryer machines are available in the parking area.

To ensure a peaceful environment for all our guests, we recommend utilizing the washer and dryer between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM to minimize noise disruptions.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
