🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You can use the whole driveway to park your vehicle.
📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available.
NOTE: The garage is not accessible.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The entrance to the unit is through the front door.
📍To unlock the door, enter the access code sent to you and press the Ultraloq button below the keyhole.
📍The lock will automatically re-engage after the door closes.

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
The washer and dryer are located inside the garage.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The breaker box is in the backyard. When facing the unit, it's on the left side.

Bedding
Please leave used beds unmade.
Power
Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.
Furniture
Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.

Ensure to lock the doors and windows.

Please double-check your belongings before going out.
