🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park your car inside the property by entering through the side gate.

📍If you need more parking space, there is ample on-street parking available nearby.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍To gain entry to the front door, first touch the keypad to illuminate it, enter your access code followed by the '#' symbol, and then turn the handle to open it.

NOTE: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

HOUSE MANUAL

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of an emergency. It is located at the backyard under the electric panel

Please contact us for the lockbox code.
It is located at the rear of the unit.

If there's no hot water, please inspect the control panel in the backyard. Ensure that it is turned on.
Turn the knob downward to activate (TURN ON).
Slide the knob sideways to deactivate (TURN OFF).
