🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍Street parking is readily available. You may park your vehicle on the street free of charge.

Note: Driveway parking is only reserved for the main house tenant.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍 Your reserved unit is situated at the back of the main house. You can access it through the small side gate.

📍To gain entry to the front door, first touch the keypad to illuminate it, enter your access code followed by the '#' symbol, and then turn the handle to open it.

📍The door will automatically lock when closed.

The unit has split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is located at the rear of the main house.

Trash bin is located in the parking area. It is usually found near the white gate.
The water heater remote is located right beside the toilet.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. It is located on the knob of the screen door outside.
Please contact us for the lockbox code.
The vacuum is inside the bedroom closet.
