🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park your car inside the two driveways.

📍Also, on-street parking is readily available.

📍To access the gate, simply slide it open manually.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍After parking your car, make your way to the left side of the premises where you'll find the main entrance.

📍To unlock the door, simply enter your access code into the door lock and press the "Ultraloq" button located below the keyhole.

Note: The door automatically locks after entering

HOUSE MANUAL

  • The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

    📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

  • Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

  • The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

  • The hot water tank is located in the garage, close to the laundry area.
