🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You can park your car in the driveway, which can accommodate up to two cars.
📍To open the gate, simply slide it manually to open.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍The entrance to the house is through its side door. See the photo below.
📍To unlock the door, enter your access code in the door lock. To lock the door from outside, press the lock icon.

Item descriptionThe house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
The key is secured inside the lockbox, kindly tethered for guests' convenience.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The Wi-Fi router is in the living area, placed on top of the table next to the fireplace.

The breaker box is outside, at the front side of the home.

The hot water tank is outside, at the back of the home.

In case of emergency, we do have a first aid kit located in the living room dresser.
Additionally, for entertainment, board games are also stored there. -
The EV charger is located in the parking area, installed on the wall of the home near the entrance door
Note: The EV charger is locked, and the keys are located in the kitchen drawer at the end of the counter closest to the dining table.
EV charger brand is Chargerpoint.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - at the queen bedroom closet
Mop - Located outside near the Laundry room
Broom - Placed in the kitchen area.

The fireplace is NOT FUNCTIONAL.

There is a lockbox that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency.
Please contact us for the lockbox code.

Please leave used beds unmade.

Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.
Furniture
Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.

Ensure to lock the doors and windows.
