🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park 1 vehicle at the back of the property as seen in the photo below. Any additional vehicles can be parked on the street.

NOTE: Please do not block the garage.

📍To open the gate, locate the lockbox beside the mailbox and enter your assigned access code. The controller for the gate is also inside the lockbox.

📍The sliding gate remains open for about a minute before closing automatically.

📍Please return the gate remote back into the lockbox as you check-out.

📍Street parking is available, but please be mindful of the street cleaning schedule.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is located in the back of the main house.

📍To enter, activate the screen by touching it with your palm or the back of your hand. Tap the random digits that appear, after which all numbers will illuminate, allowing you to enter your access code.

📍To lock the door from the outside, activate the screen by touching it and then pressing the lock symbol.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
The laundry is located next to the garage.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.

For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The trash bins are usually located in the parking area. It may be by the driveway or by the street
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Printer instructions:

1. Make sure you are connected to the wifi network (happy home) of the property

2. From the printer selection drop-down, choose “HP Deskjet 4100”

If you're bringing your pets, here are some things to keep in mind:

THE FRONT HOUSE IS NOT PART OF THE RESERVATION: Pets are not permitted in the area near the front house.

PET RESPONSIBILITY: Pets should not be left outside alone, and/or without a leash. Please make sure you clean up after your pet. Failure to do so will result in a fine.

the Wi-Fi mesh is located in the dining area beside the printer.
In the unit, there are two breaker boxes—one is in the kitchen area, and the other is located outside the kitchen.
The hot water tank is in the laundry area, right next to the garage.
You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
