🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Street parking is the only option available for this unit, and it is readily accessible.
📍Street parking is always FREE except during street cleaning day when it is not allowed.
Tuesday, 10 AM - 2 PM: No parking across the street from the house.
Wednesday, 10 AM - 2 PM: No parking on the side of the street where the house is located.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your designated unit is the front house. To gain access to the gate fence, simply detach the latch.
📍To unlock the front door, first activate the keypad by touching it, then input your access code followed by "#" and finally, rotate the handle to open the door.
📍The door will lock automatically after 5 seconds.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Laundry supplies will be provided in your unit.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us. -
Trash bins are placed on the corner side of the property, outside.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
