🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍Street and driveway parking are available. For your safety, we suggest you use the driveway to park up to 3 cars.
📍No street parking is allowed during the following schedule due to street cleaning:
Fridays 12-4 PM: Side of the property
Mondays 7-11 AM: Across the street
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍Your reserved unit is the main house. To unlock the door, enter your access code followed by the checkmark icon.
📍The door does not auto-lock so you have to input your code again and hit the checkmark icon if you will lock the door from outside.
📍The entrance to the other unit is located at the rear of the garage. You can access it by entering through the white gate on the side of the garage or from the backyard.

We are using split AC units on the property.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Trash bins are placed in the side yard. Trash pickup days are every Thursday.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

Please leave used beds unmade.
Power
Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.
Furniture
Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.

Ensure to lock the doors and windows.
