🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍The property consists of 2 units: the front house and the backhouse unit. Your reserved unit is in the back.
📍 Your designated parking spot is on the LEFT side of the driveway.
📍Street parking is available too.
📍During the following street cleaning schedule, please don’t park on the street to avoid a parking ticket:
WEDNESDAYS, 12-4 PM: On the street side of our property.
TUESDAYS, 7-11 AM: Across the street from our property.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍After parking the car, head to the left corner of the property, enter the white gate and walk along the pathway until you see a brown door on your right.
📍To unlock the front door, touch the keypad to light it up, enter your access code followed by the "#" symbol, and rotate the handle to open the door.
Note: The door will automatically lock itself after 5 seconds.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Trash bins are normally placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

The electrical panel is right behind the entrance gate.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - The bedroom closet
Mop and broom - Located outside near the front door.

Bedding
Please leave used beds unmade.
Power
Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.
Furniture
Put back any rearranged furniture to its initial position.
Lock
Ensure to lock the doors and windows.
Belongings
Please double-check your belongings before going out.
