🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍The parking for unit 15637 is in front of the house, on the right side, marked with a white outline. It has only one parking space.
NOTE: Please Park only in your designated space and do not block the driveway or the painted pathway on the left side of the parking area.
📍Street parking is available too.
📍During the following street cleaning schedule, please don’t park on the street to avoid a parking ticket:
WEDNESDAYS, 12-4 PM: On the street side of our property.
TUESDAYS, 7-11 AM: Across the street from our property.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍After parking the car, head to the right corner of the property, enter the white gate and walk along the pathway until you see a brown door on your right.
📍To enter the gate, please input the gate code C3156, and then turn the handle to open it.
NOTE: Please be mindful when entering or leaving, as the gate is next to the front house tenants' bedroom windows.
📍To lock the door from the outside, press the lock symbol.

The unit has split AC and Window type AC.
📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
The washer and dryer are located inside the living room.
