🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park your vehicle in the driveway. The parking area in front of the garage can accommodate two cars, however, it operates on a "first come, first served" basis.

📍For additional space, street parking is also an option available to you.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The entrance to your unit is on the left side when facing the garage, please enter through the door that is directly ahead.

📍 To enter your unit, input your access code into the door lock, then turn the lever to open the door.

📍The lock will automatically re-engage after the door closes.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Blue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

The hot water tank is located in the laundry room beside the waching machine.
