🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You may park your car in the driveway, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.

NOTE: Free street parking is available with no restrictions.

📍One vehicle can park inside, and a Tesla charger is available for use.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The front door entrance is located on the left side of the garage when facing the property. To access the front door, please enter your given access code.

📍To unlock the door, enter your access code.

📍To lock the door, simply press the lock icon at the bottom right of the keypad.

📍To unlock the garage, enter your access code then press Enter to open.

📍To close the garage, simply press the same button again.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

The electrical panel is located on the left side of the house, mounted on the wall. To access it, go to the backyard, turn left, and you'll find the electrical panel there.
