🚘 PARKING INFORMATION
📍You may park your car in the backyard or driveway, which accommodates up to 4-5 cars. Enter through the wide gate located on the left side when facing the home
📍To open the gate you’ll need to open it manually.
NOTE: On-street parking is not available.
NOTE: Please avoid blocking/parking the area in front of the small gate where the trash bins are located.
🔑 GAINING ACCESS
📍As you have reserved the entire house, to access the main door, please enter your access code followed by the checkmark icon to unlock it.
📍The door does not auto-lock so you have to input your code again and hit the checkmark icon if you will lock the door from outside.
📍If you park your car inside, you can access the home through the back door, which can be unlocked in the same way as the main door.
HOUSE MANUAL

The house has central air, and the temperature can be adjusted using the wall mounted controller.
The controller is mounted in front of the door to Bedroom 3.

The Wi-Fi router is situated inside the cabinet in the garage. You'll find it positioned in the top right area.

The breaker box is located outside, on the wall in front of the laundry door.

The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.

We do have 2 hot water tanks in the house.
Hot water tank #1 - is located on the right side of the home. You can access it from the master bedroom sliding door or you need to go around through the pool area.

You can open it from the inside.

To roll up the blind in the garage, you'll need to manually rotate the knob above. In case you can't reach the knob, there is a stair beside the cabinet. -

The pool is 8 feet 5 inches deep. (NOT HEATED)
NOTES:
Guests can remove the pool vacuum while swimming, but please remember to return it to the pool afterward.
Please do not change any settings on the pool pump to avoid problems; contact us if you need help.
Pool towels and an air pump for the floater are located inside the cabinet in the hallway leading to the master bedroom.

To operate the hot tub/jacuzzi, please only press the buttons labeled accordingly.
Aux - to turn on the jets.
V - to turn on the heat.
Notes:
Please don’t press the buttons covered by blue tape. Please don’t change any settings.
It will automatically shut off after 1 hour.

Trash bins are placed in the parking area.
Trash Day - MondayBlue trash bin - Recyclable waste (bottles, boxes, paper, etc)
Green trash bin - Organic waste (leftover food)
Black trash bin - General waste

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:
Vacuum - it is located in the storage area. From the entrance door, it is the first door to the right when you are facing the living room area.
Mop and broom - Located in the garage, it is inside the cabinet placed at the bottom area.

There is a lock box that contains a backup key to the house in case of emergency. Located in front of the house, attached to the pipes.

Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

Please leave used beds unmade.

Turn off all electrical appliances, stove, heater, lights, etc.
