🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍There is a designated parking space on the premises, right in front of the unit, that can accommodate up to two (2) cars.

📍For additional parking, on-street parking is available. Please be aware of the following parking regulations in the area:

No parking is allowed on the entire block on Mondays from 7 am to 11 am.
From Monday to Saturday, you may park for up to two hours between 9 am and 6 pm.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍The house is one of three units in a triplex, and your reserved unit is Unit C, which is located at the back of the property.

📍Once you have parked, kindly proceed to the front door. For the screen door, simply pull it as it is not locked.

📍To open the main door, enter the provided access code and then press the check icon.

📍To lock from the outside, enter the provided access code and then press the lock icon.

The unit has split AC.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
The laundry room is located at the rear of the house.

Washer and Dryer
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
We do have a Wi-Fi extender located under the shoe rack.

The Wi-Fi router is located in the laundry area, placed on the shelf behind the washer and dryer.
The electrical panel is located outside on the left side of the home when you're facing it.
The hot water tank is located inside the laundry area, behind the washer and dryer.
The string lights outlet is located near the laundry area door.

You can find the following cleaning tools in these locations:

Broom and Dustpan - Located in the kitchen area beside the refrigerator.

Vacuum - located behind the bathroom door, and its attachments are placed under the sink.
