🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You have one designated parking space. You can park your vehicle in front of the garage door on the right side.

Note: Usually, the gate stays open. However, if it happens to be closed, you can simply slide it open manually.

DISCLAIMER: Street palm trees shed debris, beyond homeowner's control. Be cautious when parking near them due to potential damage

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of the street cleaning schedules.

Friday, 7 am - 12 pm: No parking across the street.

Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm: No parking on the side of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is situated at the rear of the main home.

📍Once you've parked your car, head to the gate on the left side of the garage. You'll need to manually open it.

📍Then, proceed straight along the driveway. On the right side, behind the main house, you'll find a pathway. Follow it. When you reach that spot, you'll see a fence labeled "3110 B". Open it to access the front door of your unit.

📍To access the unit, enter the provided access code and then press the check icon.

📍To lock from the outside, follow the same steps as stated above.

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.

A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
The trash bins are located at the back of the garage.
