🚘 PARKING INFORMATION

📍You can park 2-3 cars in the driveway.

📍To access the parking area inside, drive up to the gate. To open the gate, you'll need to slide it manually.

📍Three regular-sized cars can fit two inside the wooden gate and one between the iron gates and wooden gate.

📍For additional parking space, on-street parking is readily available. Just please be mindful of the street cleaning schedules.

Friday, 7 am - 12 pm: No parking across the street.
Friday, 12 pm - 5 pm: No parking on the side of the house.

🔑 GAINING ACCESS

📍Your reserved unit is Units A and B. Once you have parked, kindly proceed to the front door.

📍For Unit A, the screen door can be opened by simply pulling it, as it is not locked.

📍Unit B is situated behind the fence with the label "3110B".

📍To open the front door of both units, simply enter the provided access code and then press the check icon.

📍To lock from the outside, follow the same steps as stated above.

📍In the event that the fence to Unit B is locked from the inside, you'll need to go around the unit.

HOUSE MANUAL

📍Please turn off the heat/AC when you are not in the house, and remember to close the windows if the air is on.
Your kitchen is well-supplied with standard appliances, plates, glassware, utensils, basic cooking equipment, and a starter pack of common pantry items.
The laundry room is located in the green door next to your unit.
A laundry detergent will be provided for you.
For any issues with the laundry machines, please contact us.
The television is set up with the ability for you to log in to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc.
The Tesla charger is located in the driveway, near the kitchen access door from the outside.

During the peak hours of 4 pm to 9 pm, the charger will be TURNED OFF.

The charger can be used at any other time.
The trash bins are located at the back of the garage.
